Kapreeza 14-Day Return Policy
Kapreeza values your satisfaction and we want you to be happy with the fit, style and quality of the garment. We are working very hard to ensure that our lingerie and swimwear selection is excellent quality and will last you for a long time. If for whatever reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your items to the store for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging, new and not worn, with tags and sanitary protection intact, no exceptions. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. It may take up to 30 days (a billing cycle) for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.
Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on lingerie and swimwear.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back, no exceptions. No damage of any kind will be accepted including smoke smell, perfume or cosmetic smell, deodorant marks, make-up and lipstick marks, etc.
As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, please follow care instructions. We offer no warranty once the tags are removed.
Sales on items that have been altered or custom ordered are final.
We do not give refunds on gift certificate purchases.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
